Terms and Conditions


  • Parts may have scuffs, scratches, dints and cracks. Please review item carefully as they show defects.
  • Most parts sold are in used condition unless stated otherwise, please review parts for any slight defects as parts sold are as is condition.
  • Goods supplied are based upon the written, verbal or other communication from customer.
  • The customer is solely responsible for determining that the ordered goods are suitable for which the goods are purchased.
  • We accept no responsibility for parts supplied incorrectly unless the engine and chassis number are provided, to ensure proper identification of the vehicle are quoted at the time of ordering.

Acceptable Payment Methods:

  • Cash.
  • Visa or Mastercard.
  • Direct bank transfer.
  • We do not accept American Express.
  • We do not accept personal cheques.

Shipping Policy

  • All parts are tested prior to dispatch.
  • Khoury Spare Parts retain ownership of all parts until invoice is paid in full.
  • All orders are ship without insurance, Khoury Spare Parts accepts no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. If you require insurance please advise team member at time of ordering. Additional insurance is available for purchase at the customers expense.
  • All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of time of ordering unless part is required to be specifically ordered.
  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been received, please note payment can take up to 2 days to clear.

Refund Policy

  • Electrical and mechanical parts are non-returnable or exchangeable.
  • Items purchased specifically to client order are non-returnable.
  • Return freight must be prepaid by the customer on all goods returned.
  • All return’s/credit’s must be accompanied by original invoice and returned to the premises within 7 days of purchase date.
  • All credits/returns will only be accepted if supplied incorrectly.
  • We will not accept returns if:

You have purchased the wrong part or no longer want the item.

You have purchased a part which is incompatible for your application.

The part has been damaged by incorrect handling or installation.

Warrant Policy

Used Parts

  • All parts are tested prior to dispatch.
  • Start-up warranty is provided on all engine, transmissions and differentials.
  • Warranty is for parts only, no labour.
  • Supporting documents must be accompanied by any warranty claim. Proof of date of installation by qualified tradesman is required.
  • No warranty on electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Khoury Spare Parts reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if treatment of part is unclear.
  • If the warranty claim is accepted, Khoury Spare Parts will exchange or repair the part, if repair or exchange is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

New Parts

  • All new parts come with factory warranty from the manufacturer.
  • Specific factory warranty is stated on product and varies depending on product and brand. Please ensure you keep any warranty cards supplied by manufacturer.
  • In the event that a warranty claim needs to be submitted, Khoury Spare Parts will send it back to the manufacturer for assessment.
  • All freight costs are to be paid by customer.
